Get Replanted!

Don't be Overwhelmed, You're Not Alone.

1. Schedule a Prescreen

A potential resident—or a loved one on their behalf—can start by calling our office to begin the intake process. You’ll be connected to a Director or Counselor who will set up a prescreen. Our goal is to understand your story, your needs, and how we can best support your recovery.

  • The prescreen can be done by phone, over Zoom, or in person

  • Takes about 1 hour

2. Attend a Community Introduction

Next, you’ll be introduced to the house community—either in person, by phone, or via Zoom. Current residents will ask questions, share their own experiences, and welcome you into the conversation

  • It’s a chance to build mutual understanding and ensure everyone is aligned in their commitment to recovery

  • And it helps ease the transition, so you’re not walking into a home of strangers

3. Approval & Move-In Prep

Once approved, you’ll receive a move-in checklist so you know exactly what to bring.

  • Your home will already be stocked with the essentials—you just need to bring groceries, clothes, and toiletries

  • Then, your recovery journey begins—in a place where you are seen, supported, and surrounded by people who are walking the journey with you.
